Biography
Tom Ross graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida in 1976, and in 1980 received his law degree from Nova Southeastern University/Shepard Broad School of Law located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. After spending the first two years out of law school practicing in Palm Beach, Florida, Tom opened his office in Warrenton in 1982. Tom specializes in real estate law, business law, and wills & trusts. Tom was a solo practitioner for 26 years before joining Howard, Morrison & Whelan in 2008.
